Paedo coerced 2 women to sexually assault children, making child porn

MUSKEGON COUNTY, MI - A Muskegon area man has admitted he coerced two women to sexually assault young boys - one of them an infant - and send images of the abuse to him has pleaded guilty, and so has one of the women.

Nathan Eric Osborne, 32, pleaded guilty in federal court to distributing images of Kailee Perez assaulting a four-year-old boy to Jazmine Pacyga, and to coercing Pacyga to sexually assault her own baby.
Several other charges against Osborne were dismissed, including one involving him distributing a video of a prepubescent female being sexually assaulted by an adult man.
Perez pleaded guilty Sept. 26, also in U.S. District Court, to sexual exploitation of a child for creating a video of herself sexually assaulting the boy, and then sending it over the Internet to Osborne. A charge of distribution of child pornography against Perez was dismissed under a plea agreement with the U.S. Attorney's office.
Osborne and Perez both face up to 30 years in prison.
Pacyga, 20, has been charged in Muskegon County Circuit Court with first-degree criminal sexual conduct and manufacturing child sexually abusive material. Court proceedings in her case have been adjourned while she undergoes assessments to determine if she was legally insane when the alleged crime occurred on Feb. 5.
A child abuse and neglect petition against Pacyga indicates she admitted to performing oral sex on her 5-month-old baby.
Osborne in June pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of a child involving Pacyga performing oral sex on the baby and sending live video of it to Osborne. That charge is punishable by a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of 30 years in prison.
He also pleaded guilty to distribution of child pornography, specifically sending via the Internet a video of Perez assaulting the 4-year-old to Pacyga sometime between January and February. That charge is punishable by a minimum of five years and a maximum of 20 years.
Osborne's sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 12, and Perez's is Jan. 16, 2018.
Four other charges against Osborne were dismissed, including conspiracy to sexually exploit a child and distribution of child pornography related to the Pacyga case, sexual exploitation of a child in the Perez case and distribution of child pornography in the March 2015 case involving the prepubescent female via an Internet-based messaging service.
Osborne had also been charged in Muskegon County Circuit Court, but that case was dismissed.
