Miller is also facing the same charges, as well as involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child.

A Tilton man accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old and photographing the abuse has reached a plea deal with prosecutors.
Charles Beckley, 54, faces more than a decade in state prison, according to the agreement filed in Belknap County Superior Court in Laconia. Upon his release, he also faces additional suspended prison time, which the court can impose if he is not of good behavior for 20 years.
Beckley is charged with five counts of felonious sexual assault, one count of aggravated felonious sexual assault, two counts of manufacturing child sexual abuse images and three counts of misdemeanor sexual assault.
Beckley was previously employed as the transfer station manager in Canterbury, but his name has been removed from the town’s website.
Tilton police began investigating Beckley in May after a woman reported that Beckley had confided in her about the sexual abuse, according to an affidavit prepared by Detective Bryan Kydd-Keeler. The woman provided police with Facebook massages of a conversation she had with Beckley.
She told police she was upset because “it was not the first time that Charles had told her he had sex with someone 12-14 years old,” the affidavit says, noting that two other females were mentioned.
Tilton police Chief Robert Cormier told the Monitor in August that additional child victims had come forward in the months since Beckley’s arrest; however, no additional criminal charges have been filed.
Detectives executed a search warrant at Beckley’s home on Grange Road as part of their investigation. The 13-year-old girl told a forensic interviewer that she and Beckley had sexual intercourse at the residence on two occasions, the affidavit says.
A grand jury indicted Beckley in August for those offenses and for other sex crimes alleged to have taken place between February and May.
Beckley is incarcerated at the Belknap County jail in Laconia.
A plea and sentencing hearing is scheduled for Oct. 25 in Belknap County Superior Court.

MUSKEGON COUNTY, MI - A convicted sex offender has been charged with raping a young girl "at least" once.
Richard Adam Major, 32, of Fruitport Township has been charged in Muskegon County District Court with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony that carries up to life in prison.
He's accused of sexually penetrating a 4-year-old "on at least one occasion" between March and November of 2016, said Muskegon County Chief Assistant Prosecutor Timothy Maat. The case came to the attention of police as a referral from Child Protective Services, Maat said.
Major was convicted in 2005 of second-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a person under age 13, according to the Michigan Sex Offender Registry.
He also has been charged in Muskegon County with failure to comply with the state Sex Offender Registry Act, Maat said. He was convicted in 2012 for failing to comply.
Major is being charged as a four-time habitual offender, which, if he's convicted, could increase his sentence.

A brave rape victim has spoken of her relief after a Lincolnshire man who repeatedly raped her when she was a schoolgirl was jailed for 17 years.
The woman, whose identity is protected by law, is now encouraging other victims of sexual abuse to come forward and bring other rapists to justice.
Derby Crown Court heard that Terence John Beebe, 68attacked his victim during the 1980s when she was aged between 12 and 15.
Beebe, formerly of Chesterfield, and now of Lime Walk, Long Sutton, near Spalding, was found guilty in February of four counts of indecent assault between November, 1981, and June, 1984.

At that time he was found not guilty of one count of raping the complainant between November and December 1981 but the jury failed to return a verdict on other rape allegations and a retrial was ordered on those charges.
The jury in the retrial found Beebe guilty of five rape counts from November, 1981, to February, 1985.
After the trial, the Chesterfield woman said she felt overwhelming relief that her attacker had been brought to justice.
She said the whole ordeal had been very painful period for her and her family but she praised relatives, friends and family for their support.

She told the Derby Telegraph: "It has been very emotional and the fact that the court has come back with a sentence of such magnitude shows that I have been vindicated.
“I was shocked by the length of sentence but it is no less than he deserves. I have never felt defined by this. I am still me and he has not taken that away from me.
"I have had nothing but exemplary treatment from the whole justice system and the police and I have been supported by my family throughout. I have nothing but praise for everyone."
She also stressed the importance for victims in similar cases to come forward to the police and bring offenders to justice and also said she was considering volunteering with a charity to help those in similar situations.

Prosecuting barrister Tony Stanford told the court that Beebe began indecently assaulting the girl when she was 12 years old. The attacks began after Beebe approached her because he wrongly thought she had a crush on him.
Mr Stanford said: “She said he took her hand and he said, ‘I know how you feel about me and I know what you have written in your diary and I can show you what happens’.”
Mr Stanford said that, on one occasion, Beebe drove into a layby and began kissing and molesting the complainant in his car. The complainant said that, days afterwards, she was raped for the first time when she was left alone with Beebe and that rapes continued during the next few years at a garage and at an empty property in the Chesterfield area.

Mr Stanford said the defendant would offer to take the girl out to get her alone.
He said: "He would take her to a garage and he would rape her and she described being raped on a dirty pink rug in that garage.
“From the age of 13, he told her to wait at a nearby phone box for him to call.”
Mr Stanford said that the complainant reported Beebe to police in 2015 after a health scare raised issues about her earliest sexual activity.
She tracked Beebe down and pursued a prosecution after she had been given confidence by the success of high-profile sex offence cases.

Beebe denied all the sexual and rape allegations and claimed they were made up and the complainant had been infatuated with him.
But Judge Robert Egbuna outlined Beebe’s previous convictions and the previous rape acquittal to the jury before they found him guilty of the five rape counts. The court heard how three of the five rape counts had included multiple offences.

KENNEWICK, Wash. — William George Nicol, 80, turned himself in on Oct. 4 in Imperial County, California.
On Oct. 21, 2016 Nicol left a Kennewick courtroom before the jury came to a verdict. He was later convicted of two counts of first degree child rape and one count of first degree molestation.
Nicol abused a then 12-year-old boy for at least four years.
Prosecuting Attorney Anita Petra said it was odd for Nicol to sit through the entire trial, where the victim took the stand, and then take off before the verdict.
Nicol was out on a $10,000 bail so he was trusted to return to the courtroom.
A nationwide arrest warrant was put out and Petra filed a bail jumping charge against Nicol.
He is now facing a minimum sentence of 13.5 to 18 years in prison. The sex crimes have a maximum life sentence.
Nicol should be transported back to Benton County to serve his time. He is currently being held at the Imperial County jail in El Centro, California.
