The Centre Country district attorney’s office said the younger Sandusky, 41, entered the guilty pleas a week before his trial was scheduled to begin.
The 14 counts included soliciting sex from a child younger than 16 and soliciting child pornography.
According to the district attorney’s office, Sandusky will become a Tier III sex offender, the highest level in Pennsylvania.
The charges involve incidents with two girls, one in 2013 and one in 2016.
The crimes were uncovered late last year when a girl told her father that Sandusky had texted her repeatedly, asking her to send him naked photos.
The father contacted the police, and during the investigation, police discovered another girl, known as victim No. 2, who said Sandusky had asked her to engage in oral sex with him years before.
Both victims say Sandusky tried to use different excuses to try to get them to participate, saying at one point that he “had studied medicine” and another time that he believed that Victim No. 1 had shared a nude photo with her boyfriend, and he wanted to see it.
“This outcome also ensures the victims need not suffer the trauma and re-victimization of testifying at trial and importantly, the defendant will have to comply with strict sex offender registration requirements for the remainder of his life,” District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller said.
According to the district attorney’s office, the terms of Sandusky’s plea guarantee that he will serve 3 to 6 years in state incarceration “but allows the judge to impose as much as 4 to 8 years of state prison in her discretion at the time of sentencing.”
Tier III offenders must register with the state police for life and verify their registration information in person four times a year,” according to the Pennsylvania Sexual Offenders Assessment Board.
Sandusky’s defense attorney could not be reached for comment.
A PREDATORY paedophile who used threats of punishment, force and bribes to sexually abuse two young children has been jailed for 19 years.
A jury convicted David Michael Rispin, 54, of Tinley Gardens, Kirkbymoorside, near Pickering, of one count of rape, several charges of indecent assault at the end of a seven-day trial.
York Crown Court heard how Rispin, who had denied the charges, used two children for a number of years for his own sexual gratification.
Judge Andrew Stubbs QC told him: “You, as a predatory paedophile, groomed them over a period of years and over a long period of years, taking opportunities presented to you to get them on their own and then use them for your own purposes.
"It is plain from the offences, calculating and cynically you used threats of punishment, force and bribery by way of monies and chocolates to leave them powerless to make a complaint.
“The impact on them was plainly devastating. As their moving personal statements show, they are both still badly affected by your abuse.”
Rispin had denied three charges of rape, three alternatives to the rape charges of indecent assault and a further seven indecent assault charges.
It is the second time David Michael Rispin, 54, has been jailed for crimes against children.
In 1999, he was jailed for five years for a serious sexual offence against a young child.
In addition to the 19-year prison sentence, he was put on the sex offenders’ register for life. He was also made subject to a sexual harm prevention order banning him from ever contacting his victims, staying in the same house as any child under 16 and having any contact with any child under 16 other than under strict conditions and with the express consent of social services.
Rispin, who gave evidence during the trial, showed no reaction as the jury returned its verdicts.
His barrister, Nicholas de la Poer, gave no mitigation.

A REMORSELSS sex offender who groomed and molested two boys using “psychological manipulation” was last night behind bars – still denying his crimes.
Roy Willans, from Billingham, near Stockton, groomed two schoolboys with alcohol, cigarettes, video games, camping trips and even ferrets , a court was told.
The pizza shop worker, now aged 57, showed pornography to the boys and sexually assaulted them more than a decade ago – but made them feel at fault.
Prosecutor Shaun Dodds said Willans acted on a sexual attraction to boys and tempted the vulnerable victims with seeing ferrets at his home.
He said of the victims, now adults: “Both of them were impressive witnesses. There’s a curious background of almost psychological blackmail.”
Willans made the boys feel to blame when they resisted or challenged him – calling one a “tease” and giving another a “guilt trip” to stop them reporting him.
He told a boy he would be beaten up for being gay and would have no friends if he told anyone, Mr Dodds told Judge Tony Briggs at Teesside Crown Court.
During a trial last month, Mr Dodds said Willans's “classic predator conduct” made his young victims feel guilty about what had happened to them.
He told the jury that the boys made independent complaints and gave "honest accounts with common features" - and both had been scarred for life.
He described one as a “lost soul” who spoke out years later after falling into drug use, ending up in prison and was asked by a listener to write down his troubles.
In a powerful victim impact statement, he said his experiences left “images burned in my head for years”, and told how it has affected his relationships with girls, education and career prospects.
He said he felt dirty and disgusting but felt he could not tell anyone, became quiet and withdrawn, lost confidence and used drugs to block out his ordeals.
Willans, of Finchale Avenue, Billingham, denied 20 charges, but was convicted unanimously of 11 offences - five of indecent assault, six of indecency with a child - against both victims.
