CARTHAGE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - A Carthage woman accused of producing child pornography has pleaded guilty in court on Monday to three counts of sexual exploitation of a child.
46-year-old Tammy Martin is accused of producing child pornography with her ex-husband, 59-year-old Clif Seaway, beginning in 2001.
In her guilty plea, Martin admitted that she, along with Seaway, engaged three children in sexually explicit conduct and produced images of the abuse for a period of seven years.
Hundreds of images of the three children were produced over a span of years.
Martin is facing a minimum of 15 years in prison and a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison per count.
It is unknown if these sentences will be served concurrently.
She will also have to register as a sex offender.
Martin will appear for sentencing on Jan. 8, 2018.
