STOW, Ohio -- A Garfield Heights man raped seven girls between the ages 10 to 15, police say.
United States Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force agents arrested Scott R. Brundage, 49, Tuesday morning at his Granger Road home on a warrant, Stow police said.
Brundage is charged with four counts of rape, nine counts of gross sexual imposition, two counts of sexual imposition and one count of corrupting another with drugs, police said.
Police began investigating Brundage in January after the youngest girl told her mother that he took advantage of her, police said. The victim was known to Brundage.
Brundage also assaulted the girl's female siblings, according to the release.
Another parent told police in March that Brundage raped her daughters who were acquaintances of the girl who made the initial allegation, police said.
Brundage made one of the victims ingest illegal substances, although a statement from Stow police does not specify what substance.
A Summit County grand jury handed up an indictment Wednesday after the investigation and testimony from a Stow police detective, according to the release.
He is being held in Summit County Jail pending his arraignment.
